Since 1997, he has successfully operated under the banners of "Vijay Transport Company" and "AAS Logistic Company," both well-established names with offices in Delhi and Gurugram. These companies serve a diverse client base of manufacturers, exporters, importers, and traders across India, with a combined net worth of approximately 11 crores. Leveraging his business acumen and strategic vision, Mr. Chaudhary has expanded into real estate development through VEM DEVELOPER LLP. He holds a land bank of nearly 15 acres in Kokilavan, with full registry in place to deliver plots under the flagship housing project, "Royal Green City." To support the seamless execution of this ambitious project, VEM DEVELOPER LLP has established three operational offices in South Delhi, Gurugram, and a dedicated site office at Kokilavan. Together, Vijay Transport Company, AAS Logistic Company, and VEM DEVELOPER LLP represent a robust business portfolio with a combined net worth of approximately 70 crores, positioning the group strongly for sustained growth in the real estate sector.
